Alice Yang

Alice graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2006.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and has completed an Applied Human Nutrition Certificate. Working as a Rehabilitation Assistant for three years, Alice is particularly interested in nutrition and general physical wellness and enjoys sharing her knowledge and training in these areas with her rehabilitation clients.  When not assisting clients, Alice enjoys playing a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, tennis, and badminton and she is also interested in real estate development and communications.

Craig Campbell

Craig completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at the University of British Columbia in 2010 and the Rehabilitation Assistant Program through Kamloops Vocational Health Sciences in 1997.  Craig has been working as a Rehabilitation Assistant for over six years and as a Personal Trainer for over 10.  He enjoys working with clients with soft tissue injuries and brain injuries and specializes in aquatic and fitness programs.   In his spare time, Craig enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, running, playing soccer and surfing.

Denise Hurtig

Denise graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Saskatchewan in 1991, and is also an ARCON-Certified Functional Evaluator and Permanent Functional Impairment Clinician.  Working as a Rehabilitation Assistant for over 16 years, Denise specializes in ergonomic assessments, workplace pre-placement assessments, Permanent Functional Impairment Evaluations, and job demand analysis. Denise particularly enjoys providing rehabilitation services to older clientele.  In her spare time, Denise enjoys hiking, golfing, biking, gardening, swimming, skating, camping, reading and meditating.

Elaine Tung

Elaine graduated from Simon Fraser University with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and has since been a practicing for 3 years as a Kinesiologist.  She specializes in active physical rehabilitation and aqua therapy and enjoys community integration and cognitive retraining.  When Elaine isn’t working, she likes to spend her time hanging out with her friends, hiking and biking with her dog, and participating in team sports.

Elisse Miki

Elisse graduated with her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia in 2008.  She has also completed a diploma in Human Kinetics with Langara College and is a BCRPA-certified Personal & Weight Trainer who has been working for over 7 years in the field of rehabilitation. Elisse specializes in soft tissue injuries and the design and implementation of physical fitness and sport-specific training programs.  When not providing rehabilitation services to her clients, Elisse enjoys hiking, running and horseback riding.

Jas Hayre

Jas has been a practicing Kinesiologist since 2011, graduating with his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. Jas has also completed a Sports Science diploma through Douglas College and specializes in muscle balancing, aqua therapy, isometric resistance training, corrective kinetics and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Jas enjoys swimming, basketball, football, traveling and spending time with his family.

Jason Hotell

Jason has been a practicing Kinesiologist for 8 years, graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University College of the Fraser Valley in 2003.  He has also completed a Fitness and Exercise Management Diploma from University College of the Fraser Valley and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist.  Jason enjoys providing injury rehabilitation services to clients in their home and community, as well as aqua therapy and community access.  When not assisting clients, you can find Jason spending time with his family, skiing, and playing baseball and golf.

Kevin Loades

JR Rehab’s RA/Kinesiologist Director, Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia in 2004 and has been a practicing Kinesiologist for 6 years.  He specializes in exercise prescription, cognitive remediation, aquatherapy, work simulation, postural assessments, and community re-integration.  Kevin regularly attends rehabilitation courses and is an open water diver.  When he’s not working, he keeps active with soccer, softball and biking.

Lindsay Bolkowy

Graduating with her Bachelor of Science from the University of the Fraser Valley, Lindsay has been a practicing Kinesiologist for 5 years. Lindsay enjoys creating personalized programs for her clients based on their injuries and rehabilitation needs, as well as providing education on muscles surrounding injured areas and their functional purpose. Lindsay is passionate about ice hockey and plays competitively.  She also enjoys playing ball hockey, skiing and traveling.

Lori Nishi

Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and has been a practicing Kinesiologist for 8 years.  Lori is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Can Fit Pro Personal Training Specialist, BCRPA 2007 Personal Trainer of the Year, and has her Sport First Aid Certificate and Urban Poling Certificate.  She takes a special interest in soft tissue injuries, musculoskeletal rehab, occupational musculoskeletal rehab, brain injuries, aquatic therapy, general fitness, weight loss, bootcamp classes, and educational seminars.  In her spare time she stays very active with ice, ball and floor hockey, beach volleyball, swimming, biking, yoga, as well as knitting, crocheting and reading.
