Description

This course is designed to help Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, or anyone involved in active rehabilitation, improve their understanding of how to achieve clients’ rehabilitation (or general exercise) goals, to improve their observation skills to enhance the effectiveness of the exercise program, and to present an alternative exercise model of optimum muscular control and improved biomechanics. Our goal is to help the students recognize common pitfalls of exercises, including body compensation strategies, as they review common exercises used to rehabilitate common conditions.
