When: 5 Tuesday evenings from 6:30 – 7:45pm, November 13th to December 11th, 2012.  Please arrive 10 minutes early.

No experience necessary. Classes accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability, and are designed for students to have control over what they are doing with their bodies at all times. Nicole is experienced in and trained to provide safe, professional guidance.

Traumatic events often result in isolation and feelings of helplessness. Traumatic stressors can cause symptoms, including anxiety and depression, which in turn may lead individuals to develop a variety of dysfunctional coping strategies. Yoga Therapy can help trauma survivors by introducing better coping skills, and helping them to use their breath and body sensations to connect to the present moment.

We Will Explore:
