Join your VRA BC colleagues for the VRA BC AGM, as well as a valuable day of training that will earn you CEUs.
There will be two half-day training sessions, both of which have been developed specifically for VRA members, with a delicious Italian buffet lunch in between. During the morning session, Gurwinder Gill will address cross-cultural issues in her session “Psychosocial Aspects of Returning to Work – How Culture Informs the RTW Journey”. After lunch, the afternoon sessions will be co-presented with PainBC. First, Connie Davis will present on “Brief Action Planning for the Management of Chronic Pain”, which has foundations in Motivational Interviewing. Then, this will be followed by Dr. Buch who will present “The Neuromatrix Model of Chronic Pain”. Please keep an eye on the VRA BC website for further updates about CEUs available for this event.
We are also pleased to say that the VRA National President, Addie Greco-Sanchez, RRP, RVP, will be in attendance at this event, making it a fantastic opportunity to catch up on Canada-wide developments in the profession.
