Gym-based programs are client-specific and tailored to meet rehabilitation goals such as improved core strength, increased flexibility, endurance and general strengthening. ¬†Our Kinesiologists have a ‘function first’ approach to ensure that physical progressions translate into more efficient performance of activities of daily living or job demands.
