My Rehab Philosophy:

In her ten years of practice, she’s helped hundreds of clients ranging in age from early teens to
late nineties, and shown them how physical literacy and exercise can improve conditions such
as arthritis, diabetes, obesity, mitochondrial myopathy, back pain, fibromyalgia, joint pain,
anxiety, depression, chronic stress, a sedentary lifestyle, multiple sclerosis, thyroid disease,
stroke rehabilitation, and the fallout from acute and/or chronic overuse injuries. Many of her
clients express that they feel they’ve never done the same workout twice - and that is music to
her ears. Katie believes that movement is a skill that needs practice, and by offering ample
variability it not only allows her clients to progress quickly but also sets the stage for
sustainable changes and creates an invaluable opportunity for them to fall in love with
movement.
